Description
Whichever Way brings together peppermint and ginger as its two strongest voices—one cool and refreshing, the other warm and gently spicy. Rooibos provides a smooth, grounded foundation, while chamomile adds softness and lemongrass brings a final touch of brightness.
In the cup, peppermint leads with a fresh aroma and flavor before ginger gradually builds into a gentle warmth toward the back of the sip. The contrast between cooling mint and warming spice remains present rather than resolving completely, while rooibos and chamomile soften the space between them.
Flavor: Pronounced, Minty & Warming — Peppermint is immediately noticeable, followed by a distinct but approachable ginger warmth. This is a more assertive cup than the delicate blends in the collection, with contrasting cool and warm sensations forming much of its character.
Ingredients: Peppermint, Ginger, Rooibos, Chamomile, Lemongrass
Caffeine: Naturally caffeine-free — Whichever Way contains no traditional tea leaves and therefore no naturally occurring tea caffeine.
Brewing
Tea: 1 tsp. (3 g) per 8 fl oz of water
Water: 200–205°F / 93–96°C
Steep: 5 minutes
The five-minute steep is deliberate. Ginger needs enough time to develop alongside the more immediately expressive peppermint, allowing both sides of the blend to have a voice while rooibos, chamomile and lemongrass round out the cup.
