Description
The World Can Wait brings together chamomile, rooibos and lemon balm as its foundation, with lavender adding floral character and small touches of butterfly pea flower and peppermint bringing color and freshness. The result is a soft botanical blend built around warmth and gentle floral character rather than intensity.
In the cup, it brews to a beautiful dark amber. The aroma is warm and unexpectedly rich, with an almost spicy quality and subtle hints reminiscent of honey. The flavor itself is much softer than the aroma suggests: gently floral, lightly sweet and smooth across the palate, with a light mouthfeel that makes the cup easy to linger over.
Flavor: Gentle, Floral & Comforting — A soft, light-bodied blend with chamomile at its center. Rooibos and lemon balm add warmth and roundness, lavender provides a noticeable but restrained floral note, and peppermint contributes only a small touch of freshness. Expect a gentle cup rather than a bold or heavily perfumed one.
Ingredients: Chamomile, Rooibos, Lemon Balm, Lavender, Pea Flower, Peppermint
Caffeine: Naturally caffeine-free — The World Can Wait contains no traditional tea leaves and therefore no naturally occurring tea caffeine.
Brewing
Tea: 2 tsp. (3 g) per 8 fl oz of water
Water: 200–205°F / 93–96°C
Steep: 5 minutes
A five-minute steep gives chamomile, rooibos and lemon balm time to develop their full character while allowing the smaller amounts of lavender and peppermint to remain supporting voices. The result should be soft and rounded, with enough extraction to develop the blend’s warm aroma without pushing its floral character too far forward.
