This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered so you know what to expect every step of the way.
1. Processing Your Order
Most orders are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Because our teas are handcrafted in small batches, occasional delays may occur during periods of high demand or seasonal releases. If processing times are expected to be significantly longer than usual, we will communicate that information on our website whenever possible.
Business days do not include weekends or recognized holidays.
2. Shipping Destinations
At this time, Ink In Amber LLC ships only within the United States.
While we hope to expand our reach in the future, our current focus is on providing the highest level of quality and service to customers throughout the United States.
3. Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using trusted shipping carriers selected by Ink In Amber LLC.
Available shipping options may vary depending on your location, package size, and the services available at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.
As the business grows, we may periodically offer free shipping promotions or additional shipping options. Any current promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.
4. Tracking Your Order
When available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been prepared for shipment. Please allow a short period of time for tracking updates to appear after your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
5. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are outside the control of Ink In Amber LLC.
While we carefully prepare every shipment, weather events, carrier delays, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect delivery schedules.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for transportation rests with that carrier.
If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost, we encourage you to contact us through our Contact Us page.
Although we cannot guarantee replacement of packages that are lost by the shipping carrier, we will gladly assist in reviewing the shipment, providing available information, and helping determine the most appropriate next steps whenever possible.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address whenever possible.
If an order is returned to Ink In Amber LLC due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to discuss available options, which may include reshipping the order at the customer’s expense.

Occasionally, packages may be returned to us by the shipping carrier for reasons such as an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
